SeaVegi Seaweed Salad Mix

SeaVegi Salad with Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette


  • 1 package SeaVegi Seaweed Salad Mix
  • 1 apple or Asian pear, sliced thin
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • Salad dressing:
    • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
    • 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
    • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey (optional)


Place contents of SeaVegi in a large bowl and add cold water to cover. Let sit for 7-10 minutes. While SeaVegi rehydrates, make dressing. Mix all ingredients of dressing together minus the sesame oil. Slowly whisk in the sesame oil. Drain SeaVegi well and mix with salad dressing.
